Shipping Methods
We offer curated shipping options to ensure your Aurielle pieces reach you safely and elegantly packaged. Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking information to keep you informed of your shipment's journey. Please note that delivery times and fees may vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method.
International Shipping
Aurielle ships worldwide. Delivery timelines and fees depend on the destination country and local customs regulations. Please be aware that international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance and may be subject to customs fees based on the carrier available for your destination. Missing or Damaged Items
Should your package arrive with missing items or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim. Kindly provide your order number, photographs of the packaging (if damaged), an image of the packing slip (for missing item claims), and a detailed description of the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Note for Packaging Damage:
We meticulously package each Aurielle creation to ensure safe arrival. However, please note that if the outer packaging sustains damage during transit but the jewelry itself remains in perfect condition, it will not qualify for replacement or refund. For any concerns, please contact our team at contact@wearaurielle.com.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking indicates your package has been marked as "Delivered," but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the carrier. You will need to provide us with proof of loss or formal claim confirmation from the carrier. Claims for packages marked as delivered will not be eligible after 7 days from the delivery date.
Order Modification
Should you wish to modify your order, such as changing the quantity, delivery address, or selected piece, we can accommodate such requests within 12 hours of order placement. After this period, your order may already be in the fulfillment process, and modifications will no longer be possible.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, we can process the cancellation within 12 hours of placement. After this window, your order may already be in the fulfillment process, and cancellations cannot be accommodated. Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel your order.
