Refund policy

Aurielle handles returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of ensuring our clients' complete satisfaction. We stand behind the exceptional quality of our jewelry pieces and want you to treasure each Aurielle creation. We'll always do our best to provide attentive care—our philosophy is to treat our clients with the same consideration and respect that defines our brand. We process refunds using the original payment method with which the items were purchased.

How To Request a Return:

When requesting a return, please contact our client services team at contact@wearaurielle.com and provide the following information:

Reason for Return

Our dedicated team will personally assist you with your return request.

Important Note:
Returns sent to any address other than the one provided through our official return process will not be accepted.

Returns Timeframe

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry and are confident you will cherish your Aurielle pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for eligible items purchased on our website within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a return processing fee which you may pay during the return process. If this option is not available, a store credit will be provided, and the return cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed once your return has been received.

Returns Conditions

To be eligible for a return, jewelry pieces must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Any signs of wear, tarnishing, or damage may result in the return being declined.

Return Cost

The return fee will be waived for all returns related to damaged or defective items, incomplete orders, or incorrect items. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds for Returns

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the jewelry pieces only. Shipping costs, including express or international shipping fees, are non-refundable.

Self-Service Return

Our Aurielle team may assist you with a self-service return, where you can select the reason for your return by providing your order number and postal code. Please inform our team if you prefer an exchange or refund. If eligible, you'll receive a return portal link where you can add your payment method to cover the return cost (price may vary depending on the carrier). After completing this step, a return label will be sent to you via email.

For international orders, we are unable to provide a shipping label, and you will be directed to return the item to the nearest return warehouse in your country. Since it is an international order, you are required to use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping when returning an order.

For self-service exchanges, we will issue a store credit equal to the value of the original piece once the return tracking shows progress, which you may use to select your preferred alternative.

Please note that any fees related to your return are non-refundable, unless the return falls under the specific reasons listed above.

If your package is held at customs during the return process, it's typically awaiting clearance, additional documentation, or payment of duties. In these cases, Aurielle is unable to process any compensation or refunds until we've received the package. Once it's cleared and delivered to us, we'll proceed with your refund promptly.

Exchanges

Aurielle offers a streamlined exchange process to ensure you receive your new piece as quickly as possible. Once your return shows progress in tracking, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item. If a discount was applied at checkout, the store credit value will reflect the amount after the discount. The shipping cost for the exchange item will be covered and included in the store credit. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be responsible for covering the difference. If the new item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference.

Set/Collection Orders

Returns for jewelry sets or collection pieces must generally include all items within the set. Individual pieces may not be returned separately when purchased as a set.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that items purchased using a promotional code or with an automatic discount are classified as Final Sale merchandise. Such items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These pieces are sold as-is and cannot be processed for any form of return once the purchase is complete. We encourage clients to carefully consider their selections before completing their orders, as we are unable to accommodate returns on discounted items.
